This stainless steel chimney pipe and cap fit all of the traditional brick wood fire pizza ovens by Authentic Pizza Ovens. This will not fit other ovens or our portable collection. European dimensions of 5.5" wide. This is needed if your wood-fired pizza oven is underneath a patio, overhang, or inside. The chimney pipe also helps the draw and pipes the smoke up and out if the wind is not in your favor. This will prevent smoke in the face which is always preferred!!

I really like this backsplash it adds extra storage right where I cook and cleans up very easily. The instructions were only a small photo and had quite a few different verisions available which made it a little more complicated to put together and in the book and the sticker on the backsplash both said to take the white plastic off before installing but my plastic was a dark silver so it took me a bit to understand that it needed to come off I thought mine just didn't come with white plastic over it. Install the 8-inch backguard for your Verona 36 inch range to prevent water, grease and food damage to your wall.
