Here is my review of the Patiowell 8x8 Resin Storage Shed. First, Wayfair made the entire purchasing process seamless. Their website was easy to navigate, customer service was professional, and the FedEx deliveries (which arrived in two separate shipments) were handled quickly and efficiently. The shed arrived in five large boxes, and the FedEx delivery driver handled everything with care by placing the boxes neatly in the driveway. I was impressed with the thoughtful packaging. The components were securely protected with layers of Styrofoam, cardboard, and plastic straps to prevent damage during shipping. The shed itself feels sturdy, durable, and solid. Once all of the parts were organized, the instructions became easy to follow during construction. This project definitely requires two people, as many sections need to be assembled on the ground and then lifted into place. Once the base floor is completed, the rest of the build flows together step-by-step, including the walls, frame, roof, and doors. For tools and preparation, I highly recommend having a cordless drill, painter’s tape, extra bolts, and caulking for sealing the seams. Overall, assembling the shed was challenging and took about six hours to complete. Patience, organization, and a few extra supplies are essential for a smooth installation. In the end, I am extremely happy with both the quality of the shed and my overall experience with Wayfair.. Eddie. South San Francisco, California. Sun May 17 2026

Slightly tough to build, shed came in 8 boxes, and took 2 people about 6 hours, but quality is rock solid with the metal reinforcement and a lot of screws. Window is just on one side, you need to pick which side. Just beautiful light color to it though that blended with our house and we are very happy with it so far.. Mark. Chicago, IL. Mon Sep 28 2026

Built with a rust-resistant steel frame and reinforced panels for lasting durability. Gable roof provides headroom and directs rainwater away. It was time consuming to put this together. With over 700 small screws took too much time. Also the instructions wasn’t that good wished the instructions could be download to enlarge the picture. In addition with the instructions wished there was a check point so we know we are doing this correctly. Should have bought a different shed that have much less screws to install!!!!. Peter. Chicago. Very Disappointed With This Purchase This shed has had multiple issues throughout the assembly process, including numerous pre-drilled holes that are not in the correct locations or do not properly align. We brought these concerns to Wayfair Support and have provided multiple photos clearly showing the incorrect and misaligned holes. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the possibility of defective or incorrectly manufactured parts, we have essentially been told that we are assembling the shed incorrectly. We have followed the instructions, tried the troubleshooting steps provided, and sent photos demonstrating the issue, yet we continue to go back and forth without a resolution. This has now been going on for more than three days, and the process has been extremely frustrating and unproductive. We spent a significant amount of money on this shed and expected a much better experience. I am not someone who typically complains or leaves negative reviews, but I feel this experience needs to be shared. Based on our experience, I would not recommend purchasing this shed. The product has had multiple issues, and the customer support experience has made an already frustrating situation even worse. At this point, we are seriously considering looking elsewhere for future purchases rather than continuing to deal with a support process that has not provided a meaningful resolution. For any future buyers, please look at a different shed or elsewhere.. Alicia. Bemidji, MN. Thu Sep 24 2026
