The shed is a good, compact size and was purchased specifically to comply with the HOA’s strict height limitations. It just makes the maximum height allowed. It is pretty and sturdy. As noted the instructions are not the best, and for some reason there is a gap in the back so we could not screw the back to the top ( see top right of photo). The box is very nice and I am happy with my purchase. It is huge and holds all of the things I needed it to. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because it was delivered via FedEx and in true FedEx fashion they had dropped the box on the corner.
