I just set this bed up and I’m happy with it so far. The height of the bed is perfect due to the slope in my ceiling to the wall, and it looks well-proportioned in the room. The upholstered headboard looks great in person and gives the space a clean, elevated feel. Assembly was straightforward and everything lined up as it should. Once assembled, the bed feels very solid and stable with no creaking or movement. The upholstery fabric is soft to the touch, but it is on the thinner side, which I actually don’t mind since it still looks smooth and tailored. The frame itself feels sturdy and well constructed. The only issue I had is that my order did not include the charging station that was listed. I’ve reached out to customer service about the missing piece, but even without it, I’m very satisfied with the bed overall. Despite having a few issues with the order, overall I am satisfied with my purchase. The bed arrived with a broken front light cable and one of the front boards was slightly damaged. I contacted customer service, and they helped resolve the issue in less than two days. We glued the damaged board and repaired the light cable ourselves so the lights would work properly. In the end, the bed looks as good as new—you have to look very closely to notice the repairs. The bed is beautiful, has side drawers just like shown in the pictures, and it was not difficult to assemble. Despite the initial issues, I am happy with the final result and would recommend it.. I am extremely happy with this bed frame! It arrived well-packaged and all of the parts were clearly labeled, which made assembly much easier than I expected. While it did take some time to put together, the instructions were straightforward and everything fit together properly. The storage drawers are one of my favorite features. They slide smoothly and provide a surprising amount of extra storage space for blankets, sheets, seasonal clothing, and other items that would normally clutter up a bedroom. The built-in headboard shelving is also incredibly convenient for keeping everyday essentials within reach. The LED lighting adds a nice modern touch and creates a cozy atmosphere in the room, especially in the evenings. I also love the built-in charging station, which helps keep cords organized and makes charging devices overnight much more convenient. I was looking for an incredibly specific bed tall but not too tall headboard, beigeoatmeal color, and lift storage with enough depth to fit suitcases and so I didn’t have to see the items underneath (apartment living, amiright!) this fit the bill from the pictures and since I move a lot, I really didn’t want to spend too much. I was worried about the khaki color being too dark from other reviews, but in my opinion it’s perfect and doesn’t appear too dark. Now putting this thing together was a whole ordeal. I have put many beds together and this took me 4 hours and after all that, I couldn’t get the lift mechanism to work (the main reason I bought it). I then caved and scheduled professional assembly because I really loved the look. They spent maybe 5 minutes to insta the hydraulic lift. It now works perfectly, does not squeak, and can lift my 16 inch mattress and stay up. I agree with other reviews that you have to remove your beddingcomforter to lift as it does add more weight than you think. The best part both my carry-on and bigger suitcases fit underneath so this will definitely hide other things nicely. Attention to details is necessary for assembly there are very few words in the pamphlet so the pictures are your path. The delivery however did require two ppl to lift.
