This one hurts. We just moved from out of state, found a house, did renovations and found stools we LOVED!!! I'll preface this by saying "I fully expect these to be trashed within a few years, as I have a busy kitchen and a three year old". I purchased a less expensive version, fully expecting to have to replace when the kids are older. Edit 2/13/2026. We've now had these just under 6 years. While I started my first review with an expectation of these being absolutely trashed in a couple years, I am thrilled to report that I was wrong. They're holding up great to a now 8 and 4 year olds daily meals. The kids also like to use these stools as stepladders to get cereal, bread, etc out of the upper cabinets.
