The playhouse was pretty simple to put together. We opted for a wood house in hopes to keep the temperature lower in summer months. Parts of the roof are beginning to lift as the house has been rained on. It’s an easy fix but that was a prebuilt part which will need attention. We love this -- it took my husband three days to put together as it's very detailed and sturdy. This is very small and only will work for ages 2-8 I think. My kids love it so far.
