I bought two of these carved door cabinets and could not be more pleased. They are incredibly well made and very sturdy. There is no wobble when you open the doors, and the doors are very symmetrical and clothes easily. The design is a lovely Bohemian style. I left the legs off of mine and put one on top of the other and secured it to the wall to form a hutch. It is just beautiful and everyone who sees it thinks it looks great. Assembly was easier than expected. The door hinges were already attached, and the cabinet pieces were minimal. The only part that gave me a little grief was the cabinet's back panels. The panels slide into grooves but needed a little help from a rubber mallet to gently tap them into place. All in all, it took me about 45 minutes to assemble, and I wasn't in a hurry. The chest looks nice. The quality is good. However, the drawers only pull out about half way. Very weird. I thought about returning it but I can make it work. I read the reviews about the drawer problem but still ordered it because I liked it (I don't always trust the reviews). Also, in the product description the drawer dimensions are not listed. Very nice piece - fits in most spaces and is so convenient I want to buy more. It took me a few to put together bc I stopped to eat and such, but I did it alone and even the doors fit perfectly. The color Looks like it does online(blue but with a bit of green to it, teal-ish). It’s solid, I am using it for bedding and odd items I don’t want sitting out on a surface- I could use a lot more storage space for things I use regularly but don’t seem to have a place to go. We purchased three oak cabinets to make a buffet. All came in perfect shape due to excellent packaging. Instructions are easy to follow pictures, but we found that putting hinges on panels 2 and 3, right from the start made it easier to put doors on at the end, since it’s hard to screw on when everything is put together. The trick at the end is to make sure the hinges are in closed position then place door holes over hinge, as if the door was completely closed. Then slowly open the door and the hinge will be in correct position to screw the remaining screws on door backside. Also double check that panel 5 is in correct position with locking mechanism near panel 4, otherwise you will have the holes of the mechanism on the top side of the shelf when finished and will have to use oak stickers to cover up the silver hardware.
