Ok. I ordered a different item, 2 days later I checked on the delivery. The web site said the item was canceled. Mayfair did not contact me about the cancelation. I order this part. Mayfair explained the delivery date and said if I needed it sooner I could pay 30.00 for expedited delivery. The item arrived late. I would like a refund for the extra shipping charge. The item works OK. It is definitely not high quality.. Kenneth. Manlius, NY. Thu Aug 06 2026

I love it. Now when I take a shower I come out clean and feeling clean, for I have lousy water pressure. Ive bought the brand name shower heads and still couldnt get enough pressure to rinse the shampoo out of the head quickly. This shower head I bought from wayfair is awesome. Their shower heads are very reasonably priced and I didnt buy the most expensive one in the manufacturer line either. I bought the one in the midrange, which worked better and far cheaper then the high dollar brand names Ive bought before buying this one. I recommend too my family and friends to buy it.. Very easy installation. It took me longer to remove the old shower head than it did to install the new one. I love the adjustable rods which seem very sturdy. The hose is a sturdy metal but the shower itself and handheld are plastic. It seems most fixtures at this price point are plastic. I was concerned for the clearance to the top of my shower ceiling at a height of only 81” from the floor. The rain shower sits at 6’3” above the floor so it will fit my 6ft son. I studied the specifications on the item description before I ordered to find out all the measurements so it was sure to fit under my low ceiling. This was the only adjustable shower fitting I found that had both a rain shower and handheld. I can’t comment on the water pressure as I just finished caulking and haven’t yet turned it on. But I’m looking forward to standing under the rain shower.. Susan. Fort Wayne, IN. Sun Feb 26 2023
