Staub Muffin Pans

Beautiful colors love it!!!. Toinette. Tue Jul 21 2026

The rubber is thicker than most and doesn’t sag under the weight of cooking. I used non stick spray only on half of the pan and both sides released blueberry muffins easily. However, the side with spray came out more clearly and with brown edges. I am very happy with the pan and the colorful box would make it as a perfect gift! The only downside I see is that joint between silicone and the metal may be more susceptible to rust, but only time will tell.. Vanessa. Richmond, VA. Tue Sep 01 2026

The Staub ceramic 4-piece set is the secret to savory casseroles and delicious desserts. The porcelain enamel glaze prevents absorption of moisture during baking, so foods won't dry out. Enjoy gooey mac n' cheese, buttery apple crumble, and moist brownies every time. The set is conveniently stocked with three different sizes and shapes. The 9 by 9-inch square covered baker allows you to bake and serve in the same dish - plus, its lid locks in heat to keep your food warm. The 9-inch oval baking dish is perfect for gratins and crumbles. And the 7.5 by 6-inch rectangular dish is ideal for smaller casseroles. Equally beautiful and durable, the bakeware is extremely resistant to impact and thermal shock. The gorgeous vitreous glass porcelain enamel finish puts a pop of color in your kitchen. Thanks to their chic, classic design, each versatile piece easily transitions from the oven to the table beautifully.

A covered muffin pan has been in our line for years, but when it's possible to make a good thing better we do it. This new high-domed lid provides additional ample space for puffy muffins or frosted cupcakes. Ideal for storing or transporting fresh baked goods.

These muffin pans are THE best, and the lid is a fantastic feature. Whether carrying something or storing on the counter, it's incredibly useful. Just do NOT put the pan in the dishwasher, because it WILL discolor.. Nn. Philadelphia, PA. Sat Oct 17 2026

The rectangular shape of this pan was inspired by the Japanese makiyakinabe pans that are used for rolled omelets called tamagoyaki. The rectangular omelet can be filled and rolled evenly and then cut into slices with an identical diameter. A similar process is used for the Korean dish gyeran-mari.Apart from these traditional uses, the STAUB Egg Roll Pan is also a great tool to bake crêpes or pancakes, leading to the same advantages of even filling and rolling – and surprising your guests with a novel form of the beloved dish. This Egg Roll Pan measures 6*8 in, resulting in an egg roll that serves at least two people for breakfast or as an addition to their bento boxes. The high sides allow for big rolls with a lot of delicious filling. The enameled cast iron of the pan distributes heat evenly, which results in consistent coloration of the omelet or pancake: golden as traditional in Japan, or a light brown like a Breton galette.

Love it! Perfect to make small steak bites on the grill and other apps and various uses!. Jeremy. US. Sun Sep 13 2026

The Baking Shell creates the perfect environment for baking great bread. Lightweight and easy to handle, it requires no preheating. Heat quickly passes through the shell and steam is trapped under it. To use, just slide the bread dough onto any flat baking surface in your oven and place the shell over it. For the perfect combination of a classic dough rise and crackling crispy crust, lift the shell off halfway through baking.

Used this with the baking steel this week and turned out a lovely loaf of sourdough bread. Easier to manage due to less weight than a cast iron pot.. Bonnie. Mon Oct 05 2026

Beloved for its sophisticated simplicity, versatility, and durability, Lastra is our bestselling collection. The Lastra muffin tin brings timeless Italian style into everything you bake. Lastra’s design was inspired by the circular wooden slabs used for centuries to create the outer mold in cheesemaking throughout Italy. When fashioned together with twine, the hoop was left with a slight overlap to help maintain the shape of the cheese mold. Maestro molder Stefano Roselli incorporates the overlapping detail into the entire design, from its foot to its rim. A dark dusting on the edges of each piece suggests the ash that was used to preserve these cheeses and highlights each unique silhouette.

Really beautiful! I’ve used this several times already. It bakes evenly and easy cleanup. I don’t put this away! I hand wash it because I think it deserves to be hand washed!. Ann. Bradenton, FL. Fri Jun 05 2020
