I love the color of this couch. It’s what I was thinking. Assembly was pretty easy. It came in three huge boxes that were pretty heavy. It was mostly just putting the feet on them. I was doing it by myself and found it was easier to connect the pieces together with someone else as they are very heavy. As far as comfort, the couch could use some work in that department. It’s very stiff. We’ve only had it a few days so it might just need to be broken in. But as of right now it’s pretty hard to sit on. The lay down feature is very nice and great to watch movie and spread out. My husband is 5’10 and he’s too tall for it. I’m 5’5 and it’s just about the right height for me. When the portion is not out, it’s not super comfy to just sit and watch tv. I think it’s good for the price point and because it’s just the two of us. This would not work for a large family. I ordered the Edgecomb Sofa with Chaise in Dorset Taupe. The fabric is beautiful and wears well. The sofa cushions are very comfortable. The chaise cushion is where the problem lies. Either the feet end of the chaise cushion is over stuffed, or the top of the ottoman is too high, thereby causing a sinking sensation when you sit on the chaise. Wayfair replaced the sofa once due to the issue. However, they did not correct the problem and the second sofa has the same problem. I then paid someone to cut down the legs of the ottoman, hoping this would solve the problem. I did not. Very disappointed. This is a design flaw that needs to be addressed. I am going to attempt to order a separate sofa cushion to replace the chaise and do away with the ottoman and chaise completely. I will post an update.. Barbara. Philadelphia, PA. Sun Mar 30 2025

Looks great! A bit of a pain to assemble but I'm happy with the result. The storage space underneath the cushion is only covered by some thin wood slats knit together so I wouldn't trust falling down onto that cushion. Comfort-wise it's a little stiff, some nice, soft pillows would definitely help. Its not the couch you daydream about crashing into after a long day at work, but rather one that ties a room together and is completely serviceable for sitting and chatting or watching TV.. Zack S. The chair itself is nice but the delivery was a nightmare. They changed my delivery date, which was inconvenient for me, and the the guy sweat all over my chair and says it would go away. Well it didn't. This is so gross. The white guy was very rude and seemed to be racist. If I have to deal with this delivery company, I will never purchase from wayfair again.
