This sectional is pretty great for the price in comparison with department store couches it ranks along with much more expensive sectionals. I would say the firmness is a medium firm. Not a super soft feel or not a cloud couch feel either. The chenille fabric is very good quality and the black is a true deep black not a charcoal like other brands models. I like the size and different configurations available. I also like that all the cushions have velcro to attach them in place. The rounded edges of the cushions give it a perfect relaxed feel. Great couch for the price. Came in 9 boxes but only took about 45 minutes to put together. Takes a little work getting each section clicked together, but not that difficult. Got my chenille modular sofa piece in today, and yepstill just as soft and comfy as the old one. I’m loving that big angled back piece honestly, you could call it an armrest too, because it works as both an armrest and a backrest. And I love that every module can be arranged however you want.The whole frame is wood, and the storage space underneath is huge my daughter’s toys finally have somewhere to go. So awesome! Beautiful couch with great quality. I bought the cream and regret that I did not get light grey. The cream shows everything and is hard to clean off. I am very pleased with this sectional. It provides plenty of comfortable seating without making the room feel overcrowded.
