5 stars for the tile, I would give 3 stars to Wayfair. I used this tile on my bathroom floor, and I absolutely adore it! The tile is exactly what I hoped for and expected. The texture feels great on bare feet, smooth but not slippery. The delivery was a week late, Wayfair wasn't too helpful. The customer service rep told me to "Stay positive, maybe I'll get lucky" when I told him my construction project had been delayed due to the late delivery.
