This is great. Looks so good in the room. Was easy to install. My home was built in the 1950's so some challenges with alignment. Amazing, sturdy, handsome little bed frame. It's definitely a two person job. Putting on the light strip was a bit tedious, we needed to drill pilot holes. Only one flaw; the plugs are positioned in a way that two phone chargers can't be plugged together. One phone charger and my MacBook's plug can't coexist either, could've easily been solved by separating the outlets a tiny bit. Such a small detail that could've made this bed perfect otherwise. First photo, phone charger barely connects (it's lifted). Second photo, phone charged and MacBook charger can't be plugged together, as you can see the MacBook charger is making a false contact (no power). I am extremely happy with this bed frame! It arrived well-packaged and all of the parts were clearly labeled, which made assembly much easier than I expected. While it did take some time to put together, the instructions were straightforward and everything fit together properly. The storage drawers are one of my favorite features. They slide smoothly and provide a surprising amount of extra storage space for blankets, sheets, seasonal clothing, and other items that would normally clutter up a bedroom. Solid bed frame. Some of the prescribed screw holes aren’t tight so the frame pieces aren’t tight but that was fixable with some wood glue and clamps. Instructions say it takes 45 minutes to assemble which is laughable. For one person allow at least two hours. Otherwise instructions are relatively clear. Daughter loves her bed! It seems pretty sturdy. The negatives for me are the side opposite of the desk is unfinished, it just has black backing on the side so it limits where the bed can be placed from an aesthetic perspective it basically has to be in a corner if you don’t want to see the black backing side. You definitely need two people to put this together as it is cumbersome and 1 person alone can’t hold pieces where they need to be wrenched into place as it is slightly elevated.. Ashley.
