Easy to install, product is intuitive, and lighting on knobs/under unit are awesome. One element that is lacking is the back hi g design. This unit is designed to be built in, and as such costs 4x what a normal Blackstone unit does. The hinge configuration creates a gap on the back edge which is not an ideal transition to your top. Back hinge placement also causes the front of the lid to wobble a bit when opening and closing. Small detail but big one when building a high end outdoor kitchen. Beneath the cooking surface are 6 double layered stainless steel Heatwave flame tamers that provide even heat distribution and protect the 6 tubular stainless steel high-efficiency 12,000 BTU burners that sit below them. In the rear of the grill is a ceramic infrared burner for the included heavy duty rotisserie kit. The interior of the grill is lit by dual halogen lights, perfect for cooking after dark. The front control panel houses the control knobs, lit by blue LED light, the electronic ignition switch, and a bottle opener for having a drink while tending the grill. The pull-out grease tray makes cleaning up after an afternoon of barbecuing a snap. An all-weather cover is included to protect the grill from the outdoor elements when not in use. The grill comes with a propane hose and regulator, but can be converted to natural gas in under 30 minutes with the optional natural gas conversion kit, sold separately.
