Item arrived damaged, Wayfair is refusing to pick up the item or refund me. It’s a 150lbs and 83inch long metal commercial counter and they want me to drop it off or pay a 3rd party to drop it off at the FedEx, because they consider the product small so they won’t arrange a pickup despite it not being able to fit in a regular car. Horrible customer service they even marked my account as outstanding despite me not receiving any form of refund. They are claiming I owe them money while not receiving any refund, overall horrible experience.. D.s. Sat Sep 26 2026
