I am so happy with this purchase! It arrived right on schedule, and while the setup was fairly straightforward, I definitely recommend having a second person on hand—it’s got some serious weight to it! We did notice both copper spills were leaking slightly from underneath initially, but it was a quick and easy fix using the included silicone. Pro tip: make sure to double-check your horizontal leveling so the waterfall flow stays perfectly even across the spill. Overall, it’s a beautiful addition and well worth the money!. Raymond. TX. The paint job was "stripey" and the color was not good (the black paint looked blue in the sunlight) so I had to paint it. I also found it hard to maneuver the pump and hose in the small space; I cut about 4.5 inches and had to crimp it to stuff it into the hole (wish they had used a smaller hose so it could fit up into the hole). Also, instructions said to put 5 gallons of distilled water, but it took about 15 gallons. I really like the look and sound of this fountain - I didn't find it to be too loud as some others have mentioned. Now that it's painted and installed I really love the look.. Angie. Austin, TX.
