Side sleeping with a body pillow has long been praised by doctors as the healthiest sleep position with a multitude of benefits ranging from improved alignment to pain relief. Body pillows provide support by improving alignment, evenly distributing weight, and removing pressure from pain points in your body, allowing for muscle relaxation, sciatica pain relief, and reduced back pain. Restorative sleep is the key to our overall health. Body pillows conform to the contours of your body, allowing for spine and pelvic alignment, helping you fall asleep faster, and eliminating restlessness. Sleeping on your back increases your likelihood of snoring. Side sleeping with a body pillow lifts the upper body and reduces airway compression, decreasing snoring, sleep apnea, and acid reflux. Convenient machine washable pillows who has time for washing by hand these days? Our body pillows are machine washable and dryer-friendly for simple, low-maintenance care. Best of all, they will retain their softness and shape after countless wash cycles without compromising quality. You have enough to take care of. Your pillow shouldn't be one of them.
