Wayfair sent me a replacement for the first one and the replacement was also the 13” so they refunded me for the mattress and told me to dispose of both mattresses. I really needed the ultra plush but this one is very comfortable if you like a plush mattress, it feels like laying on very soft foam on top of air. I can’t sleep on it due to my bad back but it does offer decent support and comfort. My husband likes it a lot and he prefers a soft mattress and is a side sleeper. But as it was a pillowtop I think the suface seems soft and gets pushed easily into the bed untill the powerful spring keeps the bed in shape. My experience with Wayfair was wonderful. This mattress is exactly as described and pictured. The instructions said to let it sit for 48 hours so it can expand which we're doing at the moment.
