Because Avocado’s mission is creating sustainable products, we prefer our fully organic, absorbent, and breathable Organic Cotton Mattress Pad Protector. However, we also realize that sometimes practicality trumps all else. That’s why we made this GOTS-Certified Organic Waterproof Mattress Protector. The fitted, lightweight pad is waterproof, machine-washable, and dependable in protecting your mattress from life’s little accidents. The waterproof polyurethane layer derived from cornstarch is thin, so you don’t have a plastic-like crinkle or rubbery noise, and it won’t overheat. Plus, it’s sandwiched by two soft organic cotton layers.

PureCare FRíO combines our specially designed OmniGuard® Advance fabric with rapid chill cooling fibers - a micarex-based responsive textile with unique cooling properties. FRíO's rapid chill cooling fibers disperse body heat throughout the surface of the protector at a rate five times faster than that of regular polyester, focusing solely on heat reduction along the sleep surface through a combination of nano-technology, nylon, and mica minerals. The unique tunneling effect of the mineral-based fiber keeps heat from accumulating in the material surrounding the body, providing a refreshingly cooler sleep surface. FRíO's rapid chill cooling fibers are a crushed mineral-infused textile, meaning the cooling effects of this material are literally built into the fabric and will not wash out, lasting the lifetime of the protector.PureCare's clinically proven 5-Sided mattress covers fit like a fitted sheet around your mattress. Our covers utilize MiteTight® seams, combined with our OmniGuard Advance lightweight performance fabric to ensure that our mattress protectors sleep quiet and cool while providing premium mattress protection for your mattress.
