I love this product if fits the space i bought it for perfectly. It matches my hardwood flooring very well. It was delivered on time and was in good condition. My only complaint is all the nuts and bolts were strewn all over the box and fell out as i unpack it. Not sure how that happened but the bag that was supposed to hold the parts was completely torn. who ever packed this really messed up. I ended up one spring washer short. This bench was a very pleasant surprise. I wanted the William Yeoward, Jonathan Charles bench but at $1,900 I decided I would 'settle' for the Emmalee bench instead. I was SHOCKED to see its gorgeous quality and that it is identical to the more expensive one. The color I got says "natural" but as you can see in my photos it is not that; instead it is a beautiful brownish gray, much dressier than a natural finish. The size is identical to the more expensive one, and the construction is substantial, sturdy and very high quality. The cane seating is thick and sturdy. We bought this for the foot of our king-sized bad. It's good-looking and sturdy, and it took only about 30 minutes for two of us to assemble. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the very last thing we did was use wood screws to attach the legs to the cross pieces and the last screw went clear through and pierced the right front leg. It's almost imperceptible, but annoying. Also, we picked the natural color and expected variations in color and grain. However there's a black streak in the grain of the back piece.
