I’m giving 4 stars for the customer service not the product. I bought the chairs in the walnut color, but they look nothing like the photos online. They are very orange and I was expecting a medium to dark brown. Additionally, if anything touches the seat it’s going to immediately stain and there is no cleaning them and they smell like chemicals. I went to process the return online but it wanted to charge me $100. I called customer service and asked them to please waive the charge for my return since the product was drastically different from what is advertised and they honored it. I wouldn’t suggest this product but will continue to purchase from wayfair because of my positive experience. These Martha Stewart chairs are super comfy. I paired it with the Sara 60 inch farmhouse table and the chairs slide all the way under the table regardless of how you arrange them. The packaging is excellent. The legs are in the base of the chair under the Velcro cover. And honestly that Velcro cover for the bottom of the chair is a really nice touch, not that I’ll be looking at the bottom but the details and quality matter. Out of the 4 chairs I ordered only one keg on one chair did not seem tight. But I’m gonna fix that by removing the leg and adding a bit of wood glue. But they are sturdy and well cushioned.
