If it had a piece of adhesive film over the metal when it was manufactured, it maybe wouldn’t have arrived damaged. It took 5 calls, 3 chats, and 19 days for Wayfair to issue my refund, meanwhile I’m paying interest on a sofa I don’t have. I will not buy from them again.
