Actually turned out perfect! The box that came was huge, I’m a woman that lives alone so I just opened it right there at my door and brought the pieces up the stairs, was actually pretty easy as took the box straight to the trash. I would recommend a friend helping you put it together as I had to get a chair to hold up the pieces while I hooked the other side. Other than that it only took me maybe an hour total from box at the door to sitting on a complete couch! It’s definitely not top of the line quality, but suits the purpose I need it for. Bonus that it pulls out to a bed! As far as comfort, the pillow cushions are a bit flat, but I’m guessing they’ll plump up over time. The mechanism to slide it into a bed is pretty easy to use. Great for a den or playroom! We needed a couch that could be moved easy if needed and this one hit on all cylinders. It arrives in 3 boxes so be patient. They do have wheels for movement. It's soft, but firm which is just right.
