Chose this faucet for our half bath renovation. While we are not ready for installation I opened the packaging to inspect and found it to be securely wrapped with complete step by step instructions. These are of great quality - I a m a fan of Speakman products.The only reason I couldn't give more stars is that the faucets have some black missing around the rim. Didn't notice until after install and it's not that noticeable - but when you pay a good amount for something you want it to be perfect out of the box. The items in the Speakman Neo set are high quality and you can feel the heft when you pick them up. I got the chrome set and it's a mirror like finish. No ripples in the chrome like you see on cheaper sets. I picked this because it is clean and classy. I found similar sets from other companies that stamped their logo all over the products. The SC-1220-AF is an exposed rough chrome plated brass shower with a galvanized steel gooseneck with a supporting strap. The SC-1220-AF features 1/4-turn ceramic cartridges and four-arm cross handles with color-coded indexes. The valve body is reversible on 6-in. centers. Included with the SC-1220-AF is an S-2272-E2 showerhead. This product is approved for outdoor use if the entire unit is winterized. The unit must be drained of all water in freezing conditions, which includes removing the valve cartridge and shower head from the unit. Store the valve cartridge and shower head indoors.

We just put up the Caspian shower system today! The shower head has several options for water streams and the handle is very handy when rinsing down the shower walls and my hair.
