Chose this faucet for our half bath renovation. While we are not ready for installation I opened the packaging to inspect and found it to be securely wrapped with complete step by step instructions. These are of great quality - I a m a fan of Speakman products.The only reason I couldn't give more stars is that the faucets have some black missing around the rim. Didn't notice until after install and it's not that noticeable - but when you pay a good amount for something you want it to be perfect out of the box.
