Love the chair!!!! I was looking at a similar chair at Room & Board but it was $3200. The price is great, the quality is awesome too. Some people complained about the recline, it reclines fine. There are three settings on the chair and they all lock in place. I think some people are trying to recline between the 2nd and 3rd position and yes it doesn’t lock because its between the position. The manual recliner mechanism (springs etc.) is very difficult to push to get the feet rest up but literature on recliners say it will loosen up with use….Hopefully. It arrived quickly in one box.
