I bought one of these recliners about 3 years ago and loved it so much that I just bought another recently—like last week. I noticed that it was made even better than my first one. The foot lift is smother and pushing the foot rest down is also smother and easier. The seat itself is firmer and fuller and they have changed the design in such a way that you don’t need a “specialist” to come to your home to put it together. I’m 75 years old and once I put the leg rest up I couldn’t get it back down. My son had to come over and put it down. It arrived in one big box, was so easy to click the base and the back together and add the handle. After living with it for a few weeks, the end of the handle is slightly sharp and I feel like could impale someone if they fell on it. Also.. when you are in the recline mode, you push on the back to move it back and fourth but it doesnt seem to stay in place. Not huge issues but a little annoying. All in all, we love this chair!.
