Really like this chair! The only issues im having are it seems a little unstable when you move around on the chair (for the price I wasn't expecting crazy good quality) but I just let my clients know not to move all crazy on it lol. There were also a few cracks in the metal base but I think that may have been from shipping, and I wish the foot rest went down just a little more then it does when let down all the way but other then that its great. I really like that it vibrates without bubbles so I can still use a liner for easier clean up. The faux leather cleans easily with barbacide also. Overall, I’m very happy with this aesthetician chair. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and really elevates the look of my treatment room. I’ve already received compliments on it, and it was only installed yesterday! It arrived with a small crack on the base and a minor tear in the upholstery, but both are on the back side and not easily visible, so I considered them minor cosmetic issues. The chairs appearance is exactly like the photos. It’s beautiful and elegant. Keep in mind - The only purpose for this chair would be for a massage. You can’t really use it as a chair to sit in and watch TV because it’s very firm and pretty uncomfortable if you’re not using it for a massage. The heat function isn’t that great. As far as the massage goes, it’s very nice. If you like a deep massage be prepared to be sore the next day because the intensity is pretty high. As a medium build woman this is a perfect massage chair, but I can’t imagine a muscular man being comfortable because my shoulder blades touch the side wings of the chair, which is where design doesn’t meet comfort. I haven’t used the speaker system so I can’t comment on that. If I was going to review the shipping on this chair, it would be zero stars because when I ordered it, it took over a month and a half to ship when on the website I was told id get it that weekend!.
