Beautiful look and color of chair! Traditional style and lines. However I think there is a flaw in the design. Others said in reviews that it was a very deep chair. The bottom cushion is very firm, almost overstuffed and the back cushion is very soft. So when you sit down, you create an opening between the top cushion and bottom cushion of at least 1-2 inches. You can touch the back wood of the chair with your fingers. My low back was not supported at all then. Tried adding a small pillow and that made it somewhat better. Very deep seat which is nice if you’re putting your feet up, but otherwise my feet did not touch the ground (5 ft 6 in). Very good for flat-pack furniture. All the parts were packed and marked well. The instructions were clear (although I didn’t match the sides of the ottoman correctly for the lift mechanism and had to redo them—totally my error). I’m a female over 70 and put them together by myself—a bit more than an hour per piece. The “green” color is more greengrayslate than a true green. I like the chair, but both my pillows came ripped. I also think my left arm rest is kinda broken because it doesn't slide good into the bracket and everytime I lean my arm on it to sit down it slides down moves and makes a horrible clicking sounds or like grinding metal sound. Also the legs do not keep the chair in place, everytime you get in the chair it slides back. The legs are also very short..its like the chair it basically on the ground, im going to order new legs for it! It was in back order till June but arrived earlier than expected in April. It’s more of a grey blue hue in person but that’s alright. It still blends in with my charcoal gray furniture. It sits semi low as you can see from the window but it’s very sturdy, comfortable and fits a petite space nicely. Came already assembled with the exception of the foot rest which had screw on legs.
