We really like these chairs! We were skeptical, as most things we get from this site seem poor quality. But I like these chairs!! My only disappointment is that the pink color is so faint. I would prefer a richer, more saturated color. I add pillows to take care of that. The thing I like most about these is that I can sit up straight instead of being forced to lean back which puts my back into a spasm. We have expensive chairs from Dania that kill my back and I can barely walk when I get up from sitting in them. These pink chairs feel fantastic. This chair does mimic a Stressless chair ( which we also have) you can definitely tell the difference in quality but we didn't want to spend that much money for another Stressless chair. Very nice chairs. They are very firm, which I normally do not like, but are so ergomically correct that they are actually quite comfortable. Very solid and sturdy, and the only thing that kept me from giving five stars is that the holes for the recessed bolts did not come with plugs or dowels, leaving a very unfinished look. It’s perfect in my space! I was skeptical about it when the package arrived because the chair, ottoman, pillows came packaged neatly in one box. The pillows were vacuum sealed. The feet are a durable plastic. Assembly was very simple. I love the material color (black). The chair & ottoman are nice but the seat is not as cushioned as I'd like. Overall, the quality is great and it achieved full size within hours of taking off shrink wrap. It was packaged very well. It is not as firm as I had hoped and you do sink down a little bit.
