The sofa is fine, but the delivery and service was terrible. The delivery date was pushed back four times from mid-November to mid-January. My email queries went unanswered and when I would phone, I would usually just get the same information which appeared on the website. The one time I did get a representative to call the manufacturer, I was told the sofa would be delivered before Christmas, but it did not arrive till January 16. This was very frustrating and I would never had purchased the sofa had I known it would take over 16 weeks to be delivered. The website originally promised an 8 to 10 week delivery. This is hands down the most comfortable couch I have ever owned. I was always against getting a recliner, but this couch changed everything. This is the perfect sofa and should last for years. I did a ton of research before spending this much money on a product I have never seen. It absolutely is as well built as it is advertised and you will not find any comparably priced sofas that are as good a quality as this. Flexsteel names it “Dutch” if you are trying to find information about it on their website or wanting to see it in person at an authorized dealer. It is only 91 inches long but ways 297lbs. If you need to move it you definitely need help as it is solid. The color is more beautiful in person, I was very happy when it was delivered. Also delivery was 10 days ahead of schedule with less than 24 hours notice they can deliver it. The delivery team set it up,and cleaned up. They were wonderful, I could not have donee it by myself.. This is a great couch with reclining leg and head features. It’s definitely on the bulkier, heavier side, so I wouldn’t recommend it for smaller spaces.
