I’ve already gotten compliments on these panels. They add a much needed accent to a wall that was way too bare. They also are not overwhelming to the space but do add an illusion of height. I dropped one star for assembly issues. I started with liquid nails but no matter how long I held them, they slipped out of place when I let go. The panels are beautiful! We used these in an in-home gym install project to reduce noise within the house from workouts, and they add such a beautiful, stylish element to the space and break up the workout equipment nicely. That being said, these are a mathematical nightmare to put up, and require a lot of prep/measuring before being able to put them up on the walls. They are very much worth it, but make sure you have someone who knows what they're doing (like my contractor for this project!). One suggestion for the company/product: include extra felt in the packaging for filling in spaces where cuts are made and there isn't adequate felt for an edge (for those who want a black border/edge around the design).. If I had realized just how easy to install these panels would be, I wouldn't have taken so long to put them up. Install was truly a breeze with the provided screws and a power tool. I went for a fun little design on a wall in our dog's room. The only pain point with these panels is that each strip of wood has a plastic film on it that is hard to remove. I guess the protection the film provides during transit is worth it. I'll get around to removing the film, but ended up doing the install with most of the protective film still on there.. Michelle. Love these! Wanted to jazz up my wall, a bit. It all started, when I decided I wanted to cover up the wallpaper seams that started looking more prominent. Went with the Walnut color, and they were beautiful out of the box, so I didnt want to paint or stain over them. Have a few left, so I might try and get a little more creative with some going in another direction. Havent gotten that far yet. They were super easy to cut, with a Japanese saw, and I opted to just use a brad nailer, without glue, if in the future I decide to change it up. I can hopefully pry them off easily.. Jennifer N..
