I gave 4 stars mostly for my own fault. the table is pretty narrow. My own bad for not seeing just how narrow it is. Its just wide enough for 2 dinner plates to be across from each other. With 2 people sitting on the ends and 4 people around the table (2 on each side) there is barley enough room for plates and glasses, no extra room for serving platters. That said, I reached out to Wayfair and they were helpful in resolving the issue with a discount, which I appreciated. The table itself is gorgeous. I went back and forth on the two color options but ended up with the lighter one and couldn't be happier with that choice. It seats 6 comfortably as advertised — perfect for my dining set — and feels genuinely sturdy. The adjustable legs are a nice practical touch. It looks great! Sturdy and sleek. The directions were sketches and clear to understand. All pieces were well marked! It took us several hours to finish putting it together mostly because we don't often construct things. The first pieces were difficult because we had to be on our knees to screw it together, after that all was well. Small tools included. When you get to the part where you attach an inner ring to the outer legs, we used the large box it came in to hold it in place by placing it under the metal pieces- which balanced it and held it in place while you screw in place..
