Regarding Lisa from San Jacinta California’s earlier comment, #1 on my fridge is the coldest. The instructions say #3 is best for “normal use”. I keep mine between #2 & 3, and all good. No freezing eggs or daily defrosting. Apparently in China they reverse the order of hot/cold numbering. That happened on an iron I bought once.
