Electric liftable office writing table, suitable for home and commercial use

I really like this desk. I think its great. However, I only recommended it for those ready for the technical and physical challenges and have the skills, time, and patience for assembling things like this. The instructions describe the general order of assembly and are insufficient on certain details. It comes in five boxes, so be sure to do a complete inventory before starting. I spent more than 24 hours (with break times) for unpacking, inventory, and assembly, including getting the drawers and doors operating smoothly to running, wrapping, and placement of power, video, and data cables so that they are just right. So, this was not quite as expected. The finish is quite a bit lighter than what was shown on the website and the grain is not very pretty. Any small scratch takes the finish right off and leaves a light spot. The drawers do not glide easily. This is one product/company review that I was excited to post. I ordered the Cendrillon L-Shape Desk along with the 1-Drawer Storage and 2-Drawer Storage Cabinets. I am very happy with the quality and style of this wedge corner desk. The furniture is very well made and looks great - exactly what I wanted. Five stars for Wayfair on speed of delivery and customer service. The shipping estimate I received from several furniture stores for these pieces was 10-12 weeks. I found this set on Wayfair and it was delivered in 5 days! One of the cabinets was damaged upon arrival, and Wayfair is replacing this item at no charge ... and I do not have to return it. This was such a pleasant surprise! The cabinet is heavy and repacking and shipping it back would have been very difficult for me. Ordered 2 at once. One arrived from New Jersey (?) in perfect condition, but the second shipped from TX never arrived. Customer service has been perfectly helpful for all FIVE (?) calls. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina. I would have given this product 5 stars if the information about the product was accurate. This desk is advertised as no assembly required but that is not true. This product arrives in two huge boxes and needs to be attached together using long bolts and an Allen wrench to support the short side. You will need someone who can crawl under the desk to complete assembly. Wayfare only offers the convenience of delivery to the room of choice for this product. They need to add an option for the removal from packaging and setup and assembly too. I would have been willing to pay more for that option had it been available. No assembly required is misleading..
