Very easy to put to together. It is a very sturdy bedframe for the price. The “espresso” color is fairly accurate in person vs what you see online in the pictures. The only reason we give this bedframe 4 stars is because one of the posts came damaged as seen in the second picture. Additionally, instructions were pretty straightforward. There was one moment where it isn’t straightforward, as it doesn’t mention there is not a pre drilled hole for a screw for the middle portion of the frame. The bed frame has been pretty sturdy since we put it together, and had no issues putting our premium king sized mattress on it. It arrived very banged up - despite being fully wrapped. Almost all of the visible, external pieces are chipped. It looks pretty bad. I am not sure how to "fix" the problem. I will need to ask for new pieces. Additionally, the instructions are really poorly written. Some things are labeled inaccurately and it is missing the entire section re: assembly of the drawers. Excellent quality. Very well built. Even the little things like the shelves are made to not just rest on top of the shelf pegs, but are notched so that they nestle down around the peg. This piece supports are 100 inch TV with no problems. The description and pictures don't list or show shelves in the side compartments or holes in the back for cords, but there are both.. Pam.
