The fan works great & the light is a cool added touch! It can get pretty bright, enough to light up the whole 14 x 20 gazebo we have it under. I spent a lot of time reading the directions before assembly, and it allowed me to assemble the product with ease. The wiring was a cinch, and it is quite secure on our roof.
