I ordered this outdoor ceiling fan for my patio. The package arrived promptly and without issue. It is a flush mount fan so you essentially assemble it to the ceiling. It has a wonderful little metal anchor to hold it up while you are attached everything correctly. It even has a waterproofing element to mount to the ceiling. It assembled quite quickly and easily. The instructions were pretty clear. The remote control works great and even has a wall mount holster. The six speeds on the fan are wonderful and it produces a lot of air circulation.
