This birdbath was very pretty but it arrived with manufacturer damage. The pipe for the top of the fountain was completely off center and couldn't be attached to the bottom pedestal. My encounter with customer service was painless. I was able to send photos of the damage and because of the size of the package the shipping carrier picked it up at my house.
