These were exactly what I needed for my shoe organization a top my wardrobe. Delivery was as expected. Packaging was a little beat up but no damage. I purchased 3 of the smaller size and they were boxed individual then all 3 were boxed inside a larger box. Easy to put together. I put all 3 together in 20 mins. Giving it really 4 stars since quality isn’t the greatest but serves my purpose. The screw hole covers are stickers instead of the usual plastic push caps. We’ll see how long they hold up. We remodeled 3 years ago and became a "no shoes" house and ever since then we have had a row of shoes stretching from our garage door to the stairwell. I moved into a small NYC apartment with too much stuff and no real foyer. There's a coat closet, but it's full. The 2 Tier Shoe Rack with Square Frame was easy to assemble. Some of the wires on one of the shelf parts were bowed and had to be bent back into place, but it was an easy fix. The shelves can be screwed into the frame in several different height positions, making it versatile to fit your space. Although this is intended to be a shoe rack, we plan to use it to make extra storage in our garage on a larger shelving system- a mini shelving system, if you will. The dimensions are approximately 27" wide, 14" tall, and 11 1/3" deep. The shelves can hold 50 pounds of weight (not sure if that is per shelf, or total weight). The reason removing 1 star is that we had a bit of a tough time on getting some of the screws to be flush which didn't allow to cover with the little wooden knob/cap, however that doesn't affect the function. This is a beautiful shoe rack although I’m using them for a bedroom pieces for plants and other storage. You may need a drill when putting this together-the pilot holes were too small for the screws and the wood started to split so check it out before you start putting the screws in.. Jean. This is the best shoe rack!!! It’s so easy to put together - it comes in about 5 pieces and doesn’t take more than 5-10 min to assemble. It’s packed really well. The solid wood legs have a mid-century feel. This can be used with the thick mat inserts, or without them as a plastic shoe tray.
