Very simple to put together. Getting the covers on the cushions was a little tricky but after doing two I figured it out quickly.To get rid of the wrinkles others have mentioned,as you are zipping the covers reach inside and adjust the cushion.Try to make sure all corners are filled. Also I bought some strips of velcro to make sure the cushions stay in place. Oh make sure you have a person help with getting the back put in. It makes it a little easier. I haven’t had this couch for 24 hours yet but my initial impression is that I am highly satisfied. The cushions are firm (I wanted that), it sits fairly high so I won’t get stuck in it.
