Beautiful couch, and very well-made. I’d agree with other reviews that say it’s a little firm, but I expect it to soften up with use. It’s a great height and the depth is good. For reference, I’m 5’5” and when I sit all the way back, my knees hit right at the edge and my feet dangle a bit. It’s a true linen color, and the full service delivery was a breeze.. Isabella. This was worth waiting for. Beautiful lines, and nice and firm. It's hard to find a new sofa that won't look anachronistic in a vintage 1930 home, but this does the trick. A pleasant surprise is that it sits a little higher than I expected. The fabric is soft to touch, and it comes with two matching square pillows. I'm delighted with this sofa! Pls excuse background mess-wallpapering.. Erin. Buffalo, MN. Thu Jul 25 2024

It's crafted with an engineered wood frame and utilizes coil spring seat construction for balanced support across its surface. The canvas and polyester upholstery offers a smooth, tailored texture that complements its cushioned back. UPDATE 7 months later the fabric is not standing up well. It pills very easily and the back cushions are losing their shape - even though we rotate them. ___ This sofa is a great option if you’re looking for something slightly elevated on a budget. The slipcovers fit really well - my one complaint (hence the 4 stars) is that there is some drooping along the front panel of the slipcover. The fabric is lovely. It was really simple to assemble - it took 2 of us about 20 minutes. And there is a center support leg for additional sturdiness. I’m personally not a fan of matching pillows on a sofa so I moved mine to other chairs. They are wonderful! I highly recommend this sofa!. Marisa. Albuquerque, NM. Thu Sep 03 2026

Elevate your living space with the Fred Smart Storage Sofa Overall Dimensions: 86.6"W × 35"D × 35"H—where style, functionality, and space-saving design meet. Crafted for modern urban dwellers, renters, and small-family households, this striped fabric sofa combines timeless aesthetics with practical under-seat storage, making it the perfect centerpiece for apartments, studios, or cozy living rooms.

This sofa was easy to put together for my husband, although he needed me to hold the edge of one section of the sofa to help with sliding the latch in between the furniture pieces. The set looks just like the picture, so this is great. It is pretty huge and may not be the best for our space, but it will suffice for now. It took a few days for the pillows to fluff out (expand) to look puffy - so do not be discouraged when you see that it looks flat initially. I love the stripes and hope to pair it with a white fluffy rug to add some contrast from the wood floor.. Ugochi. Wake Forest, NC. Sat May 23 2026
