Getting the covers on the cushions was a little tricky but after doing two I figured it out quickly.To get rid of the wrinkles others have mentioned,as you are zipping the covers reach inside and adjust the cushion.Try to make sure all corners are filled. Also I bought some strips of velcro to make sure the cushions stay in place. Oh make sure you have a person help with getting the back put in. It makes it a little easier. I received my couch yesterday and I'm quite pleased. It seems to be very sturdy and good quality. The seat cushions are very stiff, but I'm hoping they soften up with time so it will be more comfortable. The back cushions are nice and comfy. It had a smell when it first arrived, but that was gone within hours. I gave it four stars due to the stiffness of the cushions (but in all fairness, the couches I sat on at the furniture stores were the same). UPDATE: 6 months later...I love this couch.
