If this couch came with white glove delivery, velcro across the bottom of the slip cover, and better instructions, it would have 5 stars. Let’s start with the positive feedback. It’s beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Now onto the not so positive feedback. First, it is packaged so well that it became a nightmare to unwrap. It took me two hours to properly get every item out of the box. Second, the slip cover was so wrinkled that I had to iron the entire thing or the couch would have looked a mess. Third, the slip cover needs Velcro for the bottom because it does not lay properly so I’m going to have to add Velcro so that it can lay properly underneath. But for those things, this couch would get five stars. The color is superb, and it is plush and deep. Please offer white glove delivery!. Andi. South Bend, IN. Tue Aug 11 2026

I really love this couch. I need to get more pillows to make it more homie, but besides that set up was really easy and the package came really fast. This is such a comfortable couch and the right size for my smaller apartment. It’s comfortable to sit on and supportive, which is what I was looking for, it does not get squichy but still very soft. The color is great and the pillows that come with the couch are very soft and comfortable to sit back on. This does take two people to assemble but was very manageable and worth it.. Anonymous. Contemporary style meets understated design with this essential sofa. Use it to anchor a simply-chic living room seating group then pair it with a patchwork pillow for a pop of pattern.

Couch is great! Love that it came with included white glove delivery for no additional cost for easy delivery and set up. The sofa itself is perfect for a small apartment, and wicked comfy, but firm enough where you don't sink into it. I like firmer pillows and this couch is the perfect level of support, but also comfortable enough to nap on. The color is so fun, matched the picture online and the painting in my living room perfectly, and adds a pop of color to make the living room more lively. My 100-lb dog also approves of the couch! Absolutely in love with this couch. Immediately out of the box it was already pretty comfortable! Has a slight smell out of the package but it smells like new car to me. Assembly was easy - you screw on the legs and then snap in the backing like Legos. It took me about 1.5 hours to do solo. Delivery was as expected - we received 3 ~75lb packages, 3 ~50lb packages, and 2 ~10lb packages. The packages are pretty large so I would definitely recommend 2 people for getting them inside..
