If this couch came with white glove delivery, velcro across the bottom of the slip cover, and better instructions, it would have 5 stars. Let’s start with the positive feedback. It’s beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Now onto the not so positive feedback. First, it is packaged so well that it became a nightmare to unwrap. It took me two hours to properly get every item out of the box. Second, the slip cover was so wrinkled that I had to iron the entire thing or the couch would have looked a mess. Third, the slip cover needs Velcro for the bottom because it does not lay properly so I’m going to have to add Velcro so that it can lay properly underneath. But for those things, this couch would get five stars. The color is superb, and it is plush and deep. Please offer white glove delivery!. Andi. South Bend, IN. Tue Aug 11 2026

This sofa brings casual sophistication to life. Nailheads trim the arm panels and accent the pleated rolled arms- set at the perfect height for a good nap. Flex steel furniture is excellent. Built to last a lifetime. The color is light beige (moondust), the material is like a light tweed. The seating is more on the firm side, not going to sink into this one. This is my second sofa in the last 18 years, and it is replacing a flexsteel sofa. Highly recommend this product.. Robert.
