The support beam across the front of the sofa was damaged but I was able to make the huge dent point to the back and up so no one will be able to see it. I would absolutely recommend this couch. It came very well packaged with all necessary tools, and hardware. The only thing that I required was a screwdriver, but who doesn’t have a screwdriver The frame is very solid and well-made. Instructions were fairly easy to follow and I assembled it on my own without help. The cushions have straps to attach to the frame, but we’ve never had to use them as they fit quite securely within the frame, the seat cushions are very thick, but will soften overtime. I like how this looks, which us as expected. Overall, I think it's going to be good. I question it's sturdiness, due to how thin the seat platform and back piece are.
