Love. The biggest pan has gotten a lot of use. It does seem to have some discoloration but in its defense it did get used on high on a gas stove which is discouraged in the literature. That relative is now delegated to egg and potato peeling exclusively.. Kelley. Memphis Tn. Wed Sep 16 2026

The multi-layer coating improves release and protection even if the top layer is scratched over time. The fry pans feature flared rims for easy tossing and drip-free pouring, while the saucepans, sauté pans and Dutch oven feature cut rims to enhance the lid fit, helping to seal in moisture and nutrients inside the pan during cooking. The saucepans and larger vessels feature interior measurement markings for easy accurate addition of ingredients. Designed with ergonomics in mind, Viking signature handles are hand crafted from cast stainless steel and riveted to the pan for a lifetime of durability. Universally compatible with all stovetops including induction, it effortlessly handles frying, sautéing, stewing and boiling. Crafted to bring out your inner chef, it transforms everyday home cooking into restaurant-grade feasts.

This is such a chic cookware set. It's more beautiful in person. I was skeptical initially because I thought the gold would be way too shiny. It isn't matte like I was hoping but it also isn't super glossy. The flat lids are a nice touch and creates a more modern look. They are more lightweight than expected but I don't think it takes away from the quality at all. My favorite feature is the handles that do not screw into the inside of the pot. Say goodbye to food getting stuck around the screws.. Riri. WI. Sat Oct 17 2026
