Came very well packaged. Sink material is nice and thick has large insulation pad things what ever those spots are called to reduce noise. This stainless steel countertop sink built with quality. The material is sturdy and solid. The function is much more than my old kitchen sink. It came with a lot of accessories such as cutting board, soap dispenser, built in faucet and much more. The design on the sink is not easy to scratch compared to shiny stainless steel sink. It has triangle angle to the drain cup which the water easy to flow. Contemporary style and love this design. It made the kitchen stand out and luxury upgrade. The best workstation sinks I could ever buy. Everything came in the box just as advertised and I find every accessory super useful. The only thing I was surprised about was how heavy the wooden chopping blocks are, including the one with a hole in it to accommodate the bowls. We have not installed it yet, our contractor did a key scratch test on a section of it that would be hidden the under mount area and the black didn’t scratch off. Product delivered as described and looks good. The box did look damaged and retapped but the stuff inside seems to be fine. We are going to confirm we got everything when we install it. Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job.
