I only received one section and an ottoman, the advertisement was deceptive. I expected an e tire sofa not a piece of the sofa and the manufacturer never responded . Don’t buy. Missing_tundratrackeryahoo.co. Fri Jun 05 2026

I just put it together last night, so we'll see! So far, its perfect. Great color, soft material. Its soft but you dont 'fall in'. I put blankets in my storage! I didn't realize it came with so many pillows. They fluffed up quick, too!. Victoria. Pennsylvania. Wed Oct 14 2026

Way more functional than I expected Wasn’t sure about ordering a couch without sitting on it first, but this exceeded expectations. The bouclé fabric is genuinely soft, not the scratchy kind some of these have. What sold me after getting it the storage under the seat cushions is actually useful, not just a gimmick. I’ve already got blankets and remotes stashed in there. Comfort level is great for everyday use, sinks in just enough without feeling like you’re stuck. The chaise section is a nice bonus for stretching out. Only thing I’d flag is the white fabric will probably show stains or sun fading over time, so keep that in mind if you’ve got kids or pets. For the price, this is a great value. Just unboxed it and already impressed.. Christine. Chula Vista, CA. Sat Jun 20 2026

The couch is very comfortable, it is very low to the ground, but I think I can replace the legs with taller ones. The fabric is nice and durable. The ottoman cushion had a stain on it, I’m reaching out to customer service to see if they can send me a replacement cushion.. Kristi. Sat Sep 26 2026

Overall, I’m very happy with this couch. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and fits perfectly in my apartment. The neutral color goes with everything, and it feels sturdy once assembled. The only downside was that assembly took longer than expected because some of the hardware that connects the sections was slightly misaligned, making it a bit challenging to put together. Once everything was in place, though, it was absolutely worth it. I’d also love to see this couch offered in more colors—especially a rich caramel brown, which I think would be a gorgeous option. I’d definitely recommend it!. Madison. Tue Jul 28 2026

Pros For the price it’s a good value. Great for a petite space. Nice soft fabric in a universal cream color. Cons The chaise isn’t that long. The piping on the back cushions is wavy. Not terrible to put together but doesn’t stay together when you try to move it. Very “modular”. Cushions are stiff without much give but will hopefully soften. Works for my space but wouldn’t have been my choice if I had more room.. B.v.. Charleston, SC. Wed May 13 2026
