Omg, I was doubting about getting this couch because reviews didn’t show pictures, but here is an honest review. Shipping was amazing, I was called 2 times before it came, one when he was heading this way and another one when he was here. The couch in general is amazing, fabric and cushions are so soft and it is loungey but you don’t sink into it, so it doesn’t make it easy to stand up but still VERY comfortable, all cushion covers are removable and can be washed which I think it’s the best specially having a pet or kids. This would have gotten a 5star if the right upholstered set came to us in full. Half was beige 1 and the other half was in in beige 4. Had to call and ask for slip covers to match the intended ones ordered....but when they came, it still didn't match with the originals so I had to call and get a whole new set of covers sent so they all will match. Whatever you do, tell them to note that the set all matches to avoid this. if it does happen to you, ask for entire slip cover for all 8 seater to be replaced to ensure they all match.. Ha. Florida. Great Lounger!! I bought this to help me get through my chemo therapy after colon surgery. I was diagnosed with Stage II elevated adenocarcinoma in November of 2025. Post surgery and then through my first two rounds of chemo pills my recliner just wasn’t doing it for me. But now, I have my own “lounge of luxury”. It’s been perfectly comfortable and really helps get me through my down days. Delivery was fast and unpacking setup was easy. It was a very long 4 day wait to use it. It came two days earlier than the estimated. It all came in three boxes. I love that it’s easy and no assembly required. Is recommended to let it air out for 48 to 72 hours. It only has been 24 hours. The covers are very soft like chenille. We sat on it and is a bit firm and I hope it will give a bit with use. I hope this couch will last us for a while.
