Our solid pine cottage series desk can be used as either a desk or a vanity. The solid wood turnings and drawer front treatment emphasize the quality. Drawers are constructed using real dovetail joints and wooden drawer runners.

This is nice and lightweight but still sturdy. I love that it is solid wood. You can assemble with drawers on whichever side you choose; it gives instructions for both ways. I do like the desk. The assembly was not too difficult if you are accustomed to assembling furniture. I spread the assembly out over three days so I could take my time and not feel rushed. It would have been helpful if the “cabinet members” and “drawer runners” had been marked more clearly on each of the individual pieces.
